Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979 was an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). Cook is an Italian-born. Cook appeared in her first public service announcement about foster care when she was seven years old. Cook started working as an infant-print model when she was age 10, and was in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
